"Zoom updates actually seem to be helping"
I use Zoom almost every week, and I kind of assumed the updates would just be annoying at first. But the newer versions have been solid. Little things I noticed before, like audio taking too long to connect or screen sharing feeling a bit clunky, seem to be better now. I also like that it gives me a heads-up when a new version is ready, and the install is usually quick. It’s not perfect every single time, but compared to how it used to feel, I’d say it’s way more stable now.

"Does the Job Without Making Things Complicated"
It works fine for meetings, and that’s really all I needed. It’s easy enough to use, which I appreciate because I’m so tired of tools that act like you need a full training course just to join a call or get something basic done. This one doesn’t make a whole production out of it, and for regular meetings, it gets the job done

"Pretty good accessibility stuff"
The zoom feature works really well for me, like I can actually see what I need without messing around too much. Captions are easy to turn on, the keyboard shortcuts help a bunch, and the screen reader support seems decent overall. It just makes meetings feel a bit less stressful, honestly

"Makes my workday a lot smoother"
I use Zoom with Google Calendar, Slack, and Outlook pretty much every day, and compared to other meeting tools I’ve used, it feels a lot less annoying. My meetings show up where I expect them to, and joining is usually just a quick click. I’ve had a couple of small glitches here and there, but nothing major. Overall, it just works and definitely saves me time during the day.

"Good call quality most days, but I got wary after paying"
The video is usually clear and the audio works fine for me. It does lag a little sometimes when there are a lot of people on a call, but overall it’s been decent for meetings. I’ll admit I felt a bit unsure after paying, like I wasn’t totally confident everything would keep working as promised, but so far the call quality has mostly been good.

"Easy controls, though I was a bit skeptical"
I’ll admit I was a little suspicious at first because permission settings usually turn into a mess, but this was actually simple. Our team was able to set everything up without much back-and-forth or headaches.

"Breakout rooms are easy to use"
I use Zoom often for online classes, and the breakout rooms have been solid overall. It’s easy enough to move people around, and I like that I can pop in and out of rooms when I need to check on groups. Every now and then I have to hunt for a setting, or someone gets stuck trying to join a room, which is a little annoying. But compared to some other tools, it’s just... easier. Overall, it works fine for what I need...

It’s been worth it for my team. For the price, what more can you really ask for?

"Zoom does the job on my phone"
I mostly use Zoom on my phone, for work calls and random family stuff. it’s simple. App opens quick, and most of the time I just tap once and I’m in the meeting. Sound and video have been fine for me, even when I’m not on Wi-Fi and just using mobile data. Screen sharing isn’t hard either, it’s kind of just there and works. I don’t have some huge detailed complaint or anything. It’s not fancy to explain, it just works when I need it to

"Runs smoothly and doesn’t stress me out"
I use Zoom a few times a week for work calls, it’s been dependable for me. I usually have a bunch of browser tabs open while I’m on calls, so I really notice when an app starts slowing everything down. With Zoom, the video and audio usually stay smooth, and my laptop doesn’t sound like it’s about to take off, which makes the whole call feel a lot less stressful. It’s not flawless every single time, but compared to other apps I’ve tried, it feels lighter, more reliable, and just easier to trust during work meetings.

"I use zoom a lot for work..."
I use zoom a lot for work calls, and umm, the in-meeting chat has been really easy to use. The reactions are also handy when I don’t want to interrupt someone while they’re talking. No issues so far.

"Really Solid Support Experience"
I had a small issue with my account and reached out to Zoom support, they got back to me faster than I expected. They explained everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated because I wasn’t sure if I was missing something obvious. They fixed it without sending me in circles or making it a hassle. Overall, I’m happy with the help I got...

"Whiteboard makes meetings way easier"
I’ve been using zoom Whiteboard with my small team for a while now, and I’m sure it’s made our meetings a lot easier. We can toss ideas, sticky notes, and rough sketches into one shared space while we’re talking, which just seems to keep everyone on the same page.

What I like most is that it doesn’t feel like something people have to “learn” before using. Everyone kind of just jumps in and adds things, even the people on our team who aren’t super into tech. I think it’s definitely cut down on all the follow-up screenshots and random notes we used to send after calls.
It’s not absolutely perfect, at least for me. I sometimes move stuff around by accident or have to pause for a second to figure out what I clicked. But overall, it feels smooth, useful, and worth it. I’d probably give it 5 stars

"Easy and Reliable for Work Calls"
I’ve been using Zoom for my work calls, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. Setting up a meeting usually takes about a minute, which is great when I’m trying to move quickly. Joining through a link is straightforward too, and it works fine most of the time. Nothing major to complain about honestly, it just does what I need it to do.

"The backgrounds and filters are honestly really handy"
I’ve been using zoom a lot, and the virtual backgrounds make calls feel way less dull. I’ll admit I use them often when my room isn’t exactly camera-ready, but i don’t think there’s anything wrong with that, sometimes you just don’t have time to clean before a meeting. The filters are fun too without being over the top, and switching everything on is super easy. No hassle, which I really appreciate.

"We use Zoom for our monthly…"
We use zoom for our monthly webinars and bigger team meetings, and overall it’s been reliable, even when a lot of people join at once. Setting up registration and Q&A is straightforward, and screen sharing plus breakout rooms usually work without much hassle. That said, it’s not flawless every time, and when something does glitch during a large call, it would be nice to at least get some sort of apology or acknowledgment. Still, for the most part, it takes a lot of stress out of hosting big meetings.

"I needed to make a billing change to..."
I needed to make a billing change to my zoom plan, and the process was quick and easy to get through. Nothing felt overly complicated, which I appreciated. It was a simple update overall, and it worked just as I hoped.

"Solid on both browser and desktop"
I usually use zoom on my laptop, and every now and then I’ll just join from the browser if I don’t feel like downloading or opening anything extra. Both options work fine for me, but the desktop app definitely feels a little smoother and has fewer random hiccups, if that makes sense.
The browser version is still really convenient for quick meetings, especially when I’m joining last minute. Sometimes the audio settings take a bit to figure out, but overall it’s been reliable for work calls and easy enough for guests to use. It’s not perfect, but it gets the job done.
